The teachers on our staff are fully qualified and selected on the basis of sharing and wishing to actively develop the school’s educational values. They continually update their training through courses, congresses or seminars. The school has a very low turnover of teachers which is an essential factor in promoting real team work. Our teachers are considered and consider themselves to be educators in the broadest sense, not mere transmitters of knowledge, nor judges of academic performance.

Their job involves far more than passing on facts and figures and reprimanding unacceptable behaviour but facilitators in establishing a true two way pupil teacher relationship through open communication as a basis to understanding the pupil as a person, not merely as a learner and his/her problems in order to help him/her to solve the difficulties and advance in his/her development at each stage
The school has an Educational Physiology Department which works closely with teachers, tutors and families to monitor pupils´ progress,
